CONTROL (C)

In the Control step of DMAIC within lean problem-solving methodologies, action items are implemented, and processes are developed to sustain the improvements achieved during the previous phases. By integrating lean principles, this phase emphasizes the establishment of standardized processes, ongoing monitoring, and continuous feedback loops to ensure long-term success and adherence to optimized procedures.

Processes under Control (C) should be consistently evaluated and re-evaluated again a new Future State to drive process improvements.

DMAIC FRAMEWORK OVERVIEW

Step by Step Approach for Complex Problem Solving
Identify Process Waste and Improvements
Reduce Cycle Times, Wait Times, Labor Hours + Cost
